Seiring dengan perkembangan Perusahaan serta kebutuhan pasar yang makin bertambah, maka dalam 5 tahun pertama PT. KHARISMA ESA UNGGUL sebagai supplier /importir untuk used electric forklift dari Jepang dan sebagai Sole Distributor Tunggal Electric Forklif OMG-ITALY.

Selanjutnya sampai dengan saat ini PT. KHARISMA ESA UNGGUL sebagai Sole Distributor Tunggal di Indonesia untuk Electric Forklif Sumitomo-Jepang dan Sole Distributor Tunggal untuk Electric Forklif OMG - ITALY untuk Asia.

Sebagai Perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Material Handling Equipment, PT. KHARISMA ESA UNGGUL mendahulukan kepuasan pelanggan yaitu AFTER SALES SERVICE, karena Forklift adalah ASSET yang mendukung Produksi dan Mobilisasi Produksi.
